I recently had my car serviced at Matt Nimey. My car alerted me that I had low oil. Upon investigation there was oil leaking out of my car. I called the service department quite frantic thinking the worst. Everyone from there went above and beyond to help me and take care of my car. I was in lowville when it happened and had a full day of things to accomplish for my business. Within half an hour a wrecker was there to take my car to boonville to get to the bottom of the problem and Cherie herself brought me another car to continue on my way so I didn't lose a whole day of productivity. I was called by the end of business day to let me know the why and what had happened with my car. Turned out to be a parts malfunction that neither they or I could've avoided and my car is fine. I just really want to brag on these guys and gals a minute because in today's world there isn't usually alot of empathy shown and customer service that tries so very hard. This group....they were just amazing about taking care of me, my business, my vehicle, and making sure everything worked out ok in the end. They've stood by their vehicle, their service and their customer every step of the way. The whole team has been nothing short of top notch!
