When illness took away Rich’s mobility, it didn’t take away his drive. He kept working from his wheelchair, building his business, mentoring others, and serving his customers until his final days. His motto was simple: “Keep moving, no matter what.”

He proved that true success isn’t about circumstance — it’s about commitment. Even in a wheelchair, he probably helped more people than most ever do standing.

Rich’s wife, Cindy, became his right hand in the shop, and his sons grew up learning not just how to fix cars, but how to care for people. When Matt took over, he carried his father’s resilience into the next generation.
